I contacted Wommack about my parents marker they placed almost 10 years ago. The apprin around the marker had cracked and fallen apart. I live out of state and was just trying to get a quote on what it would take to fix it. I sent them a picture of it and they said "that should never have happend" and fixed it for free. After almost 10 years since they set it I really expected to have to pay about $300 to get it fixed. That is true customer service for you. I don't know of any other company that would have fixed after that amount of time for free. I will say when the marker was purchased I was really surprised how in expencive it was also.
