I reached out to Duck Creek Technologies on 3 separate occasions over the course of a few weeks to request a demo of their insurance suite capabilities and I have yet to receive the courtesy of a return call. I went so far as to call their toll-free number to speak directly with someone about the same and the person who answered the phone hung up on me. I would think a company who charges millions of dollars for their product would treat a serious prospect better.
I suggest anyone looking for a responsive company who values your business do the same.
Either Duck Creek Technologies has so much business that they don't need any more customers or their customer service is abysmal. Either way, I am eliminating them from further consideration and will give my business to one of their competitors...either Majesco or Guidewire.
