As a fellow uhaul dealer it was a joy to work with Allen and his crew. His secretary I'm sorry I forget her name but she was extremely helpful with hooking up the trailer that I was there to transfer. They are really an awesome group of folks and they go out of their way to make sure everyone that comes through their doors leaves with the utmost satisfaction.
Called for a tow, said they would get someone out right away. 45 minutes later still sitting on the side of the highway. They call and say they haven't been able to get ahold of there driver the entire time and I would have to call someone else. Not that big of deal just wish they would have called sooner if they knew they couldn't get ahold of the driver.
So rude! Horrible customer service. Didn't seem interested in our business so we went somewhere else!!
