The General Manager is a joke. We ordered 2 pizzas with extra toppings and did not get them. The manager specifically said there is supposed to be 22 pepperoni on a Medium pizza BEFORE the extra and ours only had 17. Our other pizza only had half banana peppers when the whole thing was supposed to have extra. He refused to fix and refused a refund of $1.50 extra per topping, then proceeded to laugh in my husband's face when he got upset. He was a terrible little punk. -Megan Schultz
Ordered 3 pizzas. 1 had raw dough, 1 was missing half the toppings an no extra sauce like ordered.
Bolivar Pizza Hut is hit or miss. It's either really good or really bad each time we go.
The FCCLA girls did a great job waiting on me!! Food was great
P. S. We eat here at least once a week and when my husband told him we wouldn't eat there anymore since he wouldn't fix it, he laughed.
This location has definitely improved over the last year or so. Better service and food quality went a long way. Still a lot of competition locally though, and not a lot to separate them from the crowd.
