I highly recommend Ross's Floor Covering. Their "family owned" reputation and custom service is second to none! Friendly, affordable and punctual. They handle my carpet cleaning in my dad's home in Buffalo, Mo & my home in Republic, Mo. I'll be contacting them for any of the many services they offer.
Danny and the folks at Ross's were fantastic to work with. They were professional and efficient, and my wife and I are thrilled with our new floors. Would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to anyone in the area in need of flooring renovations.

My uncle worked here for 3 years. He called in sick a couple days in a row and so they fired him (via text message one week before Christmas which shows what kind of character they have). Turned out my uncle had pancreatic cancer. So obviously, I recommend doing business elsewhere with a company who treats their employees well.
Needed a week notice just to get a quote. If I needed new carpet next month then I would call next month. Customer service on their schedule which appears to be banker hours.
