Loveeeeeeeddddd my black matte nails they were amazing! There daughter Lindsy was a little sweetheart and Nancy was amazing at my chevron nail design! I recommend more than anywhere else within Polk county!
Called the salon and asked if they had the holographic nails, she said yes! I asked again before we started and she assured me multiple times that they had it! So I paid 45 to get coffin nails done & before they even started putting the acrylic I said that they were each crooked in a different direction. Woman said it was okay, she would fix it. Then they switched people and I told the man that hey, these are crooked! He said that they werent and went with it. At the end they were all crooked and I had voiced it multiple times but they were still crooked and each was a different length and shape. They asked me to pick a color for under the holographic and I did, and after putting on that color they said we were done?? I asked about the holographic for probably the 5th time and they said that they didnt have it??? After saying yes absolutely MULTIPLE times. So I am mad, and end up leaving and calling asking what they can do to fix the nails, asking for a refund. He says nothing. I call again and he ends up taking the nails off and redoing them just simple square nails and theyre STILL not just squares and arent good this time either. But I went with them. Long story short this was probably over a month ago, and my nails are still discolored and have indentions from where they were taken off!! Very unhappy with the service and quality. If applicable I wouldnt even give a 1!
Nancy and Larry the owners are great to work with. I was able to make a same day appointment. Nancy gave me the nails I really wanted. I'll be going back on a regular basis.
I am a very honest and respectful person, and I hope to be treated with the same morals and manors from other's. My first and only visit to Happy Nails started out alright, but pricey. I asked and double asked prices for mine and my daughter in' laws nail set's "the works" and a pedicure for my son. Both Owners quoted the prices and did the work themselves. Their work I would say was alright maybe even good. When it came time to pay the total was outrageous and wrong. On top of that there was an issue with their card machines authorization process, so they was asking us for collateral and ended up with my expensive and much needed phone for collateral. On top of all of that I called before hand to pick up my phone and pointed out they over charged me by a substantial amount and needed to please fix it and I was on my way. Again with their machine, even asking a client a total stranger to read my business on his machine witch the lady read out loud "authorization process". So now We've delt with Dishonesty and Disrespect and Humiliation!! There were Witnesses to the prices they quoted to me and me double checking and asking out loud the exact price for each of us and them both agreeing. I handled it with class and told him he and his wife knew they were wrong and what they were doing wasn't right. They took me for alot of money and they know it! Dishonesty, Disrespect and Humiliation.. I hope they don't do it to you!!
I was very happy with my shellac. They did a very good job and it lasted for at least 3 weeks
