They are literally useless at this store. I stood around for like 10 minutes once I walked in and no one acknowledged me. When I was finally asked what I needed help with they told me there was nothing they could do and I had to call some number even though I've done the exact same thing four times before and it was always handled in the store and I didn't have to call anyone. Useless.
The manager at this store put unlimited data on my phone about 1 month ago. It was very poor service so I went in today to have it taken off. They couldn't find my old plan that I've had for several years. Now I'm stuck paying more for the opportunity I gave them.
Showed up at 1:30 today to buy a new phone...hours listed as open 11-6 on the door. Door is locked and lights are off. No one answering phone. Poor business and customer service.
Not up to par with other at&t stores I have used in the past.
The tall one is super unhygienic looking, I went in to get a new phone and ended up waiting til I took a trip to springfield to buy because he was so off putting
